in the year 1 Hijriah or 622 M in Quba by our prophet Muhammad Shallallahu

find many pillars from palm trees, the flat roof that made from the date leaves
and clay. In the middle of the mosque, we can find a well; it is used for
taking ritual ablution.
Quba

mosque has 19 doors; 3 doors are the main doors and 16 doors are the common
doors. From the 3 main doors; 2 doors for men and a door for women. When
entering into the mosque, pay attention to the instruction in the front of the
door, whether the door for men or women.
Now,
we enter to the mosque, the prayer hall is arranged around a central courtyard,
it’s characterized by six large domes resting on clustered columns. A portico,
which is two bays in depth, borders the courtyard on the east and west, while a
one-bayed portico borders it on the north, and separates it from the women's area.
The women's area, which is surrounded by a screen, is divided into two parts as
a passageway connects the northern entrance with the courtyard.
In
the 20th century when renovation was conducted, the prayer hall
connects to a cluster containing; residential areas, offices, ablution
facilities, shops, and a library. Six additional entrances are dispersed on the
northern, eastern and western façades. Four minarets mark the corners of the
